Are you unable to access Maths Online due to your latest payment not completing? This guide will help you make your next payment and regain access to your lessons.
Please read carefully through the 4 steps before starting.
Check the status of your subscription. If your subscription is on-hold and you haven't paused* your subscription, then there is a good chance that your latest order did not complete.
There are a few reasons for the order not completing
- Expired card: The card that was used in the initial purchase has expired and needs to be updated on the site.
- The transaction was declined by your bank. If you suspect this is the case, please get hold of us via live chat (bottom right-hand corner) or email ([email protected]) and send us a message asking more info and assistance.
- Incorrect card details were used in the initial purchase.
- There may have been an error on the system, if this is the case then please send us a message asking more info and assistance.

To check your subscription status.
Go to your subscriptions in your billing account. If you are a learner you will need to ask the person who purchased Maths Online to log in and do this from their account.
Click here to go directly to the subscriptions page. Or, log in then click My Dashboard then My Account then Subscriptions.
On the subscriptions page, you'll find a list of all your subscriptions.
In the below screenshot you can see that my subscription #80880 is on-hold.
Check the status of your latest order.
On the orders page in your account, there is a list of all your orders and their order status.
Click here to go directly to the orders page.
In the below screenshot you can see that my latest order #AL-25332 is pending payment. To pay for this order and update your billing details, click pay.
After clicking pay you will be taken to the billing page.
You can review and make changes to your billing details here.
After accepting our policies click Place order.
Review your order and subscription.
When the payment is successful then your order status will change to completed, see image below.
You can find this on the orders page.
You can click view to see if your subscription is active again, see image below.
You can check to see if your subscription is active from the subscriptions page, you can also check your next payment date, see below screenshots.
The next payment date will be one month forward from the latest completed order date.
That's it! Your subscription is active again and you can continue learning.
